I don’t know about you, but I’m all about celebrating the small stuff right now.
In our little household, we’ve made some new commitments to making a big deal of things like Friday night. We started a Friday night tradition of getting pizza from a local spot (shout-out to the MVPs at Seattle’s Pagliacci!) and Josh and I split a bottle of wine. We bake M&M cookies, the dogs get some puppy ice cream, and we all snuggle up together to watch a movie.
Honestly, that little weekly celebration is keeping me sane right now and reminding me that there can still be good things in the midst of all of this.
Mother’s Day is going to be a little weird this year, and we’ll probably all be spending it differently than normal. But personally, I feel extra passionate about going all out.
